If an item is missing from the order you received, or an incorrect item has been delivered, it's imperative to notify our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the order. Provide the order number and details, including pictures of the wrong item.

5. Cracked, Chipped, or Broken: Resolving Issues with Damaged Deliveries

If the order you received is found to be damaged on arrival, please document the damage thoroughly with photos.

It's imperative to contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the order, by clicking “Contact Us” at the bottom of this page. Providing the order number and evidence of the damage is essential. Steps will be taken to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
